What is Niwala App?
Software for tiffin and meal delivery businesses. It keeps your customers, meal plans, orders, kitchen, drivers and payments in one place, on your computer and your phone.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Niwala. You can import your existing customer spreadsheet or paste your delivery sheet, and we can set things up with you on a call.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Niwala installs on your phone's home screen like an app, for you, your staff and your drivers. Everyone sees only what their role needs, and you stay signed in.
Can my drivers use it?
Yes. Drivers sign in to see their stops for the day in order, open Google or Apple Maps, call the customer and mark each delivery with a photo.
How do customers get updates?
When the driver starts, customers get a message with a tracking link, another when the driver is a few stops away, and an email with the drop-off photo when it's delivered.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or add extras from Plan & billing whenever you like. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Is my customer data private?
Yes. Each business's data is kept separate and is only visible to the people you invite. Drivers and kitchen staff only see what they need to do their job.
