The service

Niwala App is subscription software for tiffin and meal delivery businesses. Features depend on the package and add-ons you choose; features marked "coming soon" are not yet available.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and the accuracy of the information you enter, including meal contents and allergens shown to your customers.

Billing

Packages are billed monthly or yearly in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Free trials end on the date shown unless you activate a paid package. You can change or cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your customers

Your customers pay your business, not Niwala App. You are responsible for your own food safety, licensing, pricing, refunds and communications with your customers.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other businesses' data, or send messages your customers haven't agreed to receive.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell account owners about important changes in advance.
